My message for December is a quick and simple one – I urge you to help your customers please over the Christmas holidays by letting them know when and how they can reach you.
This means two simple things to do this week:
- Update your website opening hours and any contact details if relevant
- Update your Google My Business listing to make sure everything is accurate there
These two things will make for happy customers over the holidays, and I’m sure you want that!
